A house for sale in Calgary. (Robson Fletcher/CBC) Calgary's real-estate market saw a slight dip in total home sales, no change in median price and a slight increase in average price in February. Total sales edged downward by 6.6 per cent compared to February 2015, according to month-end statistics from the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB). The median sale price was $420,000 for the month — identical to last year.
