Area around northside home shut down for hours overnight as police seize dozens of weapons

LPS were called to a disturbance at a residence in the 200 block of 15 Street North Friday night and seized 75 to 100 firearms and associated items. One man is in custody and faces undetermined charges. Police responded to 214 15th Street N at about 7:30 p.m. Friday. Handguns, rifles, gas masks, ammunition and two vintage machine guns: the M-2, and a First World War-era Vickers were found in the home.
